"A great design understands the intended audience"

  -Me

My passion for graphic design began when I was creating gig posters for my own band and later, for other bands in the music scene. As I honed my skills, I began taking on design work for venues and touring musicians, handling both web and print needs. This led to a role as a layout artist and Art Director at Black Press, where I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects.

Over the years, I've created countless designs, including vector logos, maps, and menus. I'm particularly drawn to using Photoshop, which I consider to be my favorite program in the Adobe suite. To me, design work is all about creating a strong image or experience that resonates with the intended audience, and I take great pride in being able to do just that. Whether it's for web, print, or video, I believe that a well-executed design can make all the difference in the success of a project.

Booklets and Layouts

The Booklet below is one of many layouts that I have done.  Some layout work that I have done for the Freepress can be seen online as well. The Fernie Guide, The Sparwood Guide, The Elkford Guide are still using my design templates from 2011.
